Booking and Payment
A £100 refundable damage security deposit and 30% holiday deposit is required following booking. This must be received by us within 48 hours; otherwise the caravan may be let to someone else.
All short breaks (3 or 4 nights) must be paid for in full within 48 hours or booking. Check in days are Mondays and Fridays only.
The balance is payable 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card - details will be included on the invoice.
Arrival time is between 2pm and 6pm, if arriving after 6pm please inform Haven Rockley Park directly as reception closes at 6pm. Keys will be available from Reception on production of key release form. We will send a key release form to you 2 weeks before your holiday providing full payment has been received.
Departure time is no later than 10am. Keys must be handed in at Reception on departure. Lost keys will be charged for at £10 per set.
The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer (min age 21), who will be responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties.
For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets or smoking in the caravan.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy. Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation will be taken from the security deposit.
You will need to bring towels and bed linen or you can hire bed linen at the park. Please contact Rockley Park directly for details.
Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Funworks passes, which give access to the entertainment complex, swimming pools, Kids clubs and sports and leisure activities are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased at reception on arrival. We will send you all the necessary paperwork with your key release form.
If, in our opinion or that of the park management, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well-being of others, we or the park management may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.
If you have to cancel your holiday, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 3 days prior to your arrival date.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:
Numbers of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable:

56 days or more Deposit
55 – 29 days 50% of the total holiday cost
28 days or less 100% of the total holiday cost
If we can relet your dates you may receive your deposit back minus an admin charge but this is at our discretion.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.The Hirer must adhere to Park Rules at all times, a copy of which can be provided on request.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers or you may already have with your bank account.
